Policies

Payments, Retainers & Cancellations

A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to secure all appointments. The remaining balance is due immediately after the service is rendered.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Debit/Credit Card, HSA, and FSA.

Clients must reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours prior to their appointment. Retainer can be applied to 1 more future appointment.

If the 48 hour rescheduling has passed, it is now considered cancellation and forfeiture of the retainer.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full 100% service amount.

All retainer fees and completed services are non-refundable.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Payment disputes or chargebacks for completed services or scheduled appointments are strictly prohibited.

Clients agree to contact Rye’tious Nails® directly to resolve any concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent refusal of future services and the balance being sent to collections if necessary.

Healing Space Policy

To maintain a peaceful, professional, and therapeutic environment, Rye’tious Nails® kindly asks that all guests be respectful of the space and the experience of other clients.

Due to the expanded layout of Suite 205, clients may bring one respectful caregiver, spouse, companion, or well-behaved child if needed for assistance, support, or companionship. Children must remain supervised at all times and should remain seated and respectful throughout the appointment.

Guests and children may not disrupt services, enter treatment areas without permission, handle equipment, or interfere with another client's appointment. Excessive noise, running, or unattended children are not permitted.

No pets are permitted in the suite at any time.

Guests who become disruptive, disrespectful, or interfere with the care and comfort of other clients may be asked to leave.

Our goal is to provide a clean, calm, and healing atmosphere where every client feels comfortable, cared for, and respected.

Client Safety Policy & Right to Refuse

At Rye’tious Nails®, we are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and safe clinical foot care environment for both our clients and our staff. Because our services involve close-contact medical nail care treatments, maintaining professionalism and appropriate boundaries is essential.

All clients are expected to communicate respectfully and maintain a professional tone during appointments. Disrespectful behavior, hostility, intimidation, or inappropriate comments toward staff will not be tolerated.

For the privacy and protection of both clients and staff, audio or video recording during services is not permitted without explicit consent from Rye’tious Nails. Unauthorized recording may result in immediate termination of the appointment and discontinuation of future services.

Our services are strictly clinical foot care treatments. Any behavior, comments, gestures, or requests that are inappropriate, suggestive, or make staff uncomfortable will result in the appointment being immediately ended and future services being declined.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Inappropriate or disrespectful remarks
  • Sexual comments or advances
  • Behavior that crosses professional boundaries
  • Any conduct that compromises the safety or comfort of the provider

Rye’tious Nails reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if a staff member feels uncomfortable, unsafe, or disrespected.

By booking an appointment with Rye’tious Nails®, clients acknowledge and agree to maintain a respectful and professional environment consistent with the standards expected in a clinical care setting. Clients who violate these standards may have their appointment terminated immediately and may be permanently declined for future services.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients are granted a 15-minute grace period for scheduled appointments. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may incur a late fee, shortened service time, or cancellation of the appointment at the discretion of Rye’tious Nails®.

To respect the time of all clients, late arrivals will not be permitted to extend into another client's scheduled appointment time. If adequate time is no longer available to safely and effectively complete the service, the appointment may be rescheduled or considered a same-day cancellation in accordance with our cancellation policy.
