Remaining Balance & Payment
The remaining balance is due after the service is rendered.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Debit/Credit Card, HSA, and FSA.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Clients must reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to their appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of your retainer.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Retainer Fee
A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to secure your appointment.
